Immediately after a purchase, your receipt is emailed to the email address used to set up your LexVid account. If you didn't receive a receipt, follow these steps:
- Check your spam folder for your receipt
- Trying search your email for "LexVid"
- Go to the LexVid home page while signed in and double check that your email address is correct. It is located at the top right of the website. If you only see an "Edit Account" link, click that, and it will show you your email address. If it's wrong, correct it, and contact customer service to have a copy of your receipt resent.
- Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-327-1226, and we will send you a copy of your receipt.
